| Textbook returns 2026-06-11 | All textbooks are due by the end of exams, June 19th. They must be returned to the LIBRARY. Textbooks not returned by the end of the school year will incur a $5 fine. |
| Library Book Returns 2026-06-11 | All library books are due the last day of classes, June 12th. |
| Locks & Lockers 2026-06-11 | Friday is the last day to clean out your lockers and hand in your locks. Clean out your lockers, leaving nothing behind. Hand in your locks, opened, at either one of the offices or the Learning Commons. Even if you do not use your locker, it is your responsibility to hand in your lock. |
| Grad Chromebooks 2026-06-11 | Hey Grads! Got a school-issued Chromebook you don't want/need anymore? You can donate it back to the school! Just drop it off at the Learning Commons or Library, and we'll put it to good use! |
| Rugby 7 2026-06-10 | For the fourth consecutive year, the SRSS Rugby team has been crowned Winnipeg High School Rugby League 7's Champions! The team defeated SJR 24–10 in the semifinals before advancing to the championship game against Sturgeon for the second straight year. In an exciting and hard-fought final, the girls secured the title with a 19–14 victory. Tries were scored by Ciara O'Connor (2), Skyler Munyololo-Munganza, Hannah Godlewski, and Elenoa Kaukirewa (2). Conversions were successfully completed by Kyleen Garcia (2) and Elenoa Kaukirewa (2). To put this accomplishment into perspective, the team went undefeated in every regular season and playoff game this year across the 7's League, 10's League, 15's League, and the 15's Provincial Championship. Congratulations to the players on an outstanding season and an incredible achievement! |

| 2026 PROVINCIAL CHAMPS 2026-06-06 | This weekend in Brandon, the Sabres Rugby team showed incredible determination, resilience, and heart on their way to the Provincial Championship title. They opened the playoffs with a strong 39–10 victory over Souris School in the semifinal before battling through a hard-fought championship match against the Dauphin Clippers, emerging victorious with a 31–24 win. What made this achievement so special was the complete team effort. Every player contributed, every player stepped up, and every player played a role in the success of this group. Their commitment to one another, their grit in challenging moments, and their unwavering belief in themselves were on full display all weekend long. We couldn't be prouder of this remarkable team and everything they accomplished. Congratulations, Sabres! |
